NewVoiceMedia provides cloud based contact centre solutions to enterprises. Based in the UK, the company is backed with investment from Notion Capital, itself run by the founders of Star and Messagelabs, our vision is to transform the contact centre experience for the caller and the agent.

Our multi-tenant platform receives calls on behalf of our customers, where the customer configured call plan determines which individual agent should receive it. Routing can be determined on time, location, skills, or by integrating with any on-premise or cloud based database currently in use. Calls are then delivered to the chosen agent via PSTN regardless of handset, or phone system.

NewVoiceMedia sits over the top of existing on-premise, or cloud based PBX solutions, and seamlessly routes calls across multiple sites, or home users providing huge benefits to distributed workforces.
